Please see below for some of our most frequently asked questions.

How do you ship caramel? We ship with USPS Priority 1 to 3 Day Mail. We ship Monday - Thursday. Please allow 3-5 business days (excluding holidays and weekends) for your order to process and ship. You will receive an email confirmation once your caramels have shipped.

Can I return caramels I ordered online? Unfortunately due to the nature of our product, we do not accept returns. However, please let us know immediately via email if you are unsatisfied with your purchase in any way - we are happy to work with you to make it right!

Can I cancel or adjust my order? Yes! Please email us immediately, no later than 12 hours after your order.

Are your products organic? Our products are currently not certified organic, but we work with local suppliers when possible, as we believe strongly in working towards a sustainable food future. This is something we are continuing to expand.

Who are some of your suppliers? We currently use Gilt Edge Creamery (butter, made in SF), Clover (cream, Sonoma County + Northern CA), and Guittard Chocolate (SF, fair trade beans). We use local honey and organic lavender/rosemary for our Honey Lavender and Orange Rosemary caramels. 

Who are you guys?! Good question! The short answer is we are Celia and Courtney, two people passionate about food (and some other things :-)). Find the long answer here

What geographic area do you serve? We ship our products across the U.S., including Hawaii and Alaska. 

Where are you located? We make our caramel and caramel treats at a commercial kitchen in Redwood City, California.

Tell me more about your packaging. Sure! Our individual caramel wrappers are made from natural cello and are biodegradable in industrial compost facilities. Our four piece bags are also biodegradable. Our shipping and caramel boxes are recyclable.
