Please see below for some of our most frequently asked questions.
How do you ship caramel? We ship with USPS Priority 1 to 3 Day Mail. Please allow up to 48 hours for your product to be shipped. We ship Monday - Thursday. You should receive an email confirmation once your caramels have shipped.
Can I return caramels I ordered online? Unfortunately due to the nature of our product, we do not accept returns. However, please let us know immediately via email if you are unsatisfied with your purchase in any way - we are happy to work with you to make it right!
Can I cancel or adjust my order? Yes! Please email us immediately, no later than 12 hours after your order.
What size are your caramels? Since our caramels are hand-crafted and hand-cut, each piece is a little bit different. However, our caramels are generally 2" long by 1.5" high by .5" wide, with chocolate-topped caramels a bit higher at .75".
Are your products organic? Our products are currently not certified organic, but we work with local suppliers when possible, as we believe strongly in working towards a sustainable food future. This is something we are continuing to expand.
